Managed Solution Available?

I have been looking for a software package where a family can install the software and have the rules managed by the 3rd party software. Having a set of basic rules set in place and managed so as noone in the household can easily circumvent the solution. With reasonable measures for tamper resistance.

 

Thoughts? posabilities?

I think that some of thoughts can be covered by your OS (platform/system) own functionality.

But did you mean that such potential software will be installed on each device? Or it should be covered by something like router-based (or so)?

have the rules managed by the 3rd party software

 

Also, what kind of rules  there? Does it whitelist/blacklist for URLs or something else like allowing launch applications; or something more deep?
