How Private is my web browsing with FreeDOME?

As an experiment, running FreeDOME, I searched for and clicked on Hugo Boss web pages and even selected some articles of clothing. Then I went to WaPo and....hmm...there's a Huge Boss ad right at top. WHY?

It is likely the tracking is done through HTTPS in this case. Freedome does not block any tracking from HTTPS traffic because that would require a man-in-the-middle attack against the HTTPS, and we’ve decided that the security risks related overweight the possible privacy gains.
