May I know if you would like to purchase a multi device subscription or an app store subscription?

If you are using all iOS devices, then you can subscribe for the app store subscription. This article gives more information about that.

I believe it is not possible to purchase the multi device subscription using your itune balance as you can only use that for the app store subscriptions.
