Problem NOT solved.
Same problem with 1-Month Abo-Key from Google Play-Store.
(First Key was from German Official F-Secure-Dealer "EDV-Buchversand" for 2 Years)

Solved:
F-Secure Mobile Security App deinstalled and newly installed from Google Play Store,
License-Key Activation successfull ! (Key from Google Play Store, has to be activated on 2. May again with the 2-Year Key. Hope, that it works then.)

Sorry for my reply. I'm also only F-Secure user (their home solutions).
If your experience is about F-Secure Mobile Security home version and not a business solution (topic with small discussion about current state of F-Secure MS and its abilities to be as 'business' solution: https://community.f-secure.com/t5/F-Secure-SAFE/Difference-between-Mobile/m-p/92831) - maybe it is an option to contact their direct F-Secure Support Channels (chat as example):
