Rescue CD (latest v3.16 build 73600) stopped working - Error: Connect to fsavd failed

Rescue CD was working when used last January '18.
When used last week (March '18) it correctly downloads & verifies hydralinux & aquadata. Scanning phase quite soon aborts on error: "Connect to fsavd failed: Connection to fsavd failed."
Tried multiple times on Intel x86 32 bit with >= 1 GB however problem remains.
There seems to be path error in Linux.

Can someone reproduce the error?

Do the rescue CD or Hydralinux need a fix?

Probably the developers need to be informed.
