    Maybe it is good to contact their direct Support Channels (chat as example):

    Otherwise - what is your F-Secure solution? Does it F-Secure KEY and renewal it? Or something else?

    Also, why you are unable to get it to activate? Not possible to find place to activate? Or activation with output about some mistakes?
