So, if 'update the virus bank' means something like 'updating virus databases' (signatures; updates to engines/cores) - most likely - noted topic with some thoughts about.

 

If your concern is about something else (or situation is not clear) - good to re-ask! I think that other experienced users or F-Secure Team will create proper suggestion.
