Toronto torrenting

The Toronto server has always allowed torrenting but lately it hasn't worked. Other permitted servers still work.

Are you still facing this issue with the Toronto location?

Yes. After about 20 seconds the torrent download will drop to nothing. It works as expected on the Norway/Sweden/Finland servers.

Due to legal requirements, we have had to restrict BitTorrent in Toronto now as well. It is also reflected on the KB article here.
