I can't access Netflix

Hi, I get an error message when I try to get into Netflix. I checked a few of the reviews here https://www.vpnmentor.com/reviews/f-secure-freedome/ and despite the positive review, I understand this is a problem that happens to others as well. Did anyone solve this somehow?
