I renewed my subscription but the application still says expired. When I click Renew and login in it says I am up to date. How do fix this?
If you force an update check in the application, I believe this also syncs with the subscription server, so that may resolve the issue. If you need further help with that, do come back to us. If that fails, you may have to contact Support, as licensing issues can't be dealt with on the forum. Contact Support by Phone or Chat
