Problems with 4G data and APN settings

I am on Virginmedia in the UK. On my Android phone when the Freedome app is running the APN settings are wiped out and outside of the UK I can not get 4G coverage even though I am meant to. Would you expect this?

    Hi Herisson,

     

    Do you see the APN settings when you turn off Freedome? Does the settings get wiped out only when you turn Freedome on?

     

    Regarding the 4G coverage, I guess that would depend on your network provider. Do you see the 4G coverage when Freedome is turned off?
