I have recently moved and have a new Unifi account. ever since then (2 days) I have noticed that my Freedom app is not connected on all my devises, however once I use another network, there is no problem with Freedom's connection. Can anyone solve this?

May I know what is the OS of your devices?

I'm currently running MacOS High Sierra 10.13.3 on a MacBook Air 11".
