Hi, I discovered that on one of my units, an iPad 2 I got a message telling me my subscription has ended although the end date is in april. How's that?
Do you have any other devices which has the same subscription as this iPad? Do you still see the expiry dates as april in the other devices?
May I know what is the OS of the other devices?
Is this a multi device or an app store subscription which you have?
Yes, I have a PC, an iPad and an iMac of which the first to get this message was on the iPad. On the iMac it has stopped to start during startup. I have to switch it on manually on the iMac. The only computer where it works as it's supposed to do is on the PC.
