Bug: Reconnection issue on MacOS with Freedome 2.11

Hey there,

 

there is a big bug in your latest Freedome version 2.11.5038.0 on MacOS (10.13.2).

 

-> After waking MacOS from sleep mode Freedome fails to automatically reconnect to server.

-> Workaround: Turning Freedome  manually "Off" and "On" again.

 

Version 2.9.x worked fine on MacOS. Experienced this bug after upgrading to the latest version.

Had contacted customer service via chat before but your agent just told me something about that a bugfix for iOS is ready for release. Agent didn't know there is a difference between iOS and MacOS.

 

Hopefully forum staff can figure out if Freedome-Team is aware of this problem.

I'm seeing the same thing on MacOS 10.12.4.

 

The connection is continuously "connecting" after my laptop wakes up.

 

If I switch to a different location, the connection to that new location completes as expected. I can then return to the original location and that connection then completes as expected.

Doesnt work with my mac either. Same problem, Freedome does not connect.

Just updated to version 2.12.5051.0.

 

Bug not fixed yet.

Freedome Mac version 2.14.5108.0 fixes this issue. There is also a feedback posted in this link.
