Activation code for renew fail

Few weeks ago I bought an renew  but everytime I try to activate it, I got the answer:

 You are not connected to Internet.

 

While I am connected to Internet and browsing correctly.

 

Is there any URL we can directly open and activate the Key?

Sorry for my reply. I'm only F-Secure user (their home solutions);

 

Sounds that maybe your experience about F-Secure KEY software ( community-board )?

If so -> good to re-check that noted URLs (from next knowledgebase-articles) are not blocked by any other software:

If it is another F-Secure solutions (F-Secure SAFE indeed).

So, maybe good to add more information: where you tried to add activation code; or what if it is F-Secure Internet Security (or F-Secure AV, something else); platform (Windows, Android, Mac).
