Renewal of F-secure for £25.00 as it says in my virgin media account.

Why is it so difficult to renew with F-Secure for £25.00 as it states in virgin media. I did it last year but this year it is confusing. Also my license has just ran out but on my account it says it ran out last september. Just need help.

Sorry for my reply. I'm only F-Secure user (their home solutions).

 

Maybe good to contact direct Support Channels (F-Secure or Virgin Media) for proper clarification and advice. For example, it is not clear how it should be currently; also maybe there is requirements for certain steps or something else.

Also, maybe F-Secure Community Managers or official F-Secure Staff with abilities to create more useful suggestion.
