phone died, need android freedome subscription code for new phone

Tried to get an answer here where it says solved, but the posted "solution" is that the answer will be kept secret.

I have freedome on two android phones. 10 months of the year's subscription (for three devices I think) is still left. One phone died. Replaced it, and now need to enter the subscription code. Can't convince the working installation on the other phone to give me that code. Don't know where else to look.

 

How do I get my subscription code from a working subscription? I purchased freedome by running it.

If you bought the subscription from our estore, then then subscription code is within the email confirmation. If you lost it please contact our support as we cannot handle subscription issue within the community for privacy reason.
