Cannot renew Freedome subscriptions

I've recently purchased a new Freedome multi-device subsription but after receiving the renewal code, the Freedome app refused to accept it saying "Could not verify your code. Please try again later."

 

I have looked at the FAQ page about this and it doesn't apply to my situation. Anyone have any idea?

    Do you have much time left on your previous subscription?

     

    On which OS are you trying to input the renewal code?

  • I have 6 days left on my previous subsription. I'm renewing on macOS 10.13.1

  • I have the same problem, and the non-existing support wont help. So **bleep** frustrating Smiley Sad
