Profile Installation Failed

i tried to instal F-Secure freedome for IOS and i just got that error message:

"Profile Installation Failed"

 

it's the first installation and the IOS version is 11.2

Do you have any other VPN solutions on your iPhone?

Have you tried to restart your iPhone and tried the profile installation again? If not, please give it a try and let us know if you were able to install the profile.

the problem is that i haven't create a APN certificat, that's why.
