New feature request for Mobile Security: QR code scanner

    Sorry for my reply. I'm also only F-Secure user (their home solutions).

     

    I'm also not friendly with mobile platforms and QR-codes as such.

    Just interesting: does this potential feature (QR Code scanner) should to do something more than well-known good trusted QR Code Scanner applications? For example, if there is URL - any security checks under F-Secure Security Cloud (from first) or something else.

     

    Basically, it also can be valid for features like two-factor authentication / two-step verification. Maybe some security software applications can be with this 'bundle', but I able to think that possible to use well-known application with this design only.

    Is this QR code scanner a matter of F-Secure?
    I wonder?
    As Ukko wrote in this post, there already exist software.
    Perhaps this kind of scanner could be preinstalled in smartphone, but then a producer of phone is doing with this feature.
