Freedome does not block AMTSO

I used the test page in Freedome (https://www.amtso.org/feature-settings-check-phishing-page/) and that url let me see all of the content.

I think that's not the meaning of it?!! I've tried in Microsoft Edge and Internet explorer 11.

 

Does someone have a solution for it? Now it's useless
