Proper certified advice about license/activation codes -> possible to receive with direct F-Secure Support Channels (chat/phone):

Potential unofficial suggestions:
- 'this platform' for third device is ??? . Does there any mistake notification with try to install/activate Freedome under 'this platform'?
- does it with any of 'third' devices. Or only with certain device (as try to third). Kind as re-check that your subscription indeed about three devices (and not about two devices).

As startpoint for proper view: does your subscription with expected count or type for this third device.

I able to suspect that except noted points -> can be many others (like troubles with network; or another security solution do block activation of Freedome as blocking connection to license-servers; and so on).
