does it with any of 'third' devices. Or only with certain device (as try to third). Kind as re-check that your subscription indeed about three devices (and not about two devices).

I able to suspect that except noted points -> can be many others (like troubles with network; or another security solution do block activation of Freedome as blocking connection to license-servers; and so on).
