1. What is the device in which Freedome is used and the OS of the device?

2. Which location is used?

3. Does it happen with all the locations or only with a particular location?

Hi l used iPad 3rd generation,iOS 9.3.5 and the location is swisserland,but I'm using Canada now is faster,my son has I phone 5c he had same problem,but after changeing the location is faster . Thanks
