Does your app not work on Android's as I have an android phone?

English United kingdom not USA and do you say that F-Secure does not work on Android phones? according to the booklet we received we are entitled to your app for one year which would be now about 10months now if we can get it on my Android phone!?!???

-> does your situation about certain specific setting?  For example, F-Secure solutions provided by ISP (or something like this)? And does it F-Secure SAFE or F-Secure Mobile Security (or something else?)

 

-> what kind of booklet? And does it valid for F-Secure or for 'certain specific setting' only?

 

-> who created words that F-Secure does not work on Android phones? Does it website, booklet, page, support or PlayStore?

Is this some kind of misunderstanding?
On principle you can use certain F-Secures apps on Android-smartphones. As @Ukko mentioned.
Android is very popular operating system nowadays within phones.
What is your phone's model and producer?
Is it older or just new?
Is it special?
