    I able to think that direct F-Secure Support Channels (chat/phone) can be helpful with:

    -- re-trigger confirmation/purchase mail-letter or another letter with your credentials/ID/subscription information;

    -- proper advices about "where possible to find it"  based on your setting/configuration.

    For information, that konto = account (in English).
    As Ukko mentioned: take contact to support.
    If you mean https:// my.f-secure.com/login
    > your email address and then password
    If you mean order (subscription)ID > support advise you, how to do
    Wisdom after the event: print it on the paper or write with pen. Email is gone, if deleted by accident. 😦

    The account ID is the same subscription code which you purchased for Freedome (subscription code = account ID for iOS). May I know if you have purchased a multi device subscription or an App store subscription for Freedome?

    Have you searched your email address for the Freedome invoice email? The email should have the subscription information. If you are still having issues, as mentioned by Ukko, our chat/phone support should help you with this.
