Where can I find my subscription code?

I bought Freedome for 3 devices. Now I would like to connect my phone to Freedome as well, and to do that I need my subsciption code. Where can I find it?

Usually it should be visible under letters about purchase/confirmation for subscription.

 

If not known (or not available to get it) -> maybe expected step is contact direct F-Secure Support Channels (Chat/phone):

Do provide all information about your subscription/purchase and maybe they with abilities re-trigger such mail-letter. Or some other advices (based on your certain situation/setting).

Also most likely possible to get subscription-code by some undesigned steps like retrieve it from resources/registry (under some of platforms). But not sure that it can be useful for full meanings.

If you have purchased it from us directly, it should be in your purchase order email. Kindly search your email for Freedome subscription code. If you are unable to find it, as Ukko mentioned, get in touch with our support team to check on your subscription details.
