Freedome speeds have dropped as low as 1Mbps using UK London

When using the UK London location my speed absolutely disappears. 

 

Without Freedome I've consistent speeds of 100Mbps across all devices (latest iOS and macOS). The moment I connect speed plummets and I often battle to keep the connection.

 

I have tried several other locations - some are a bit faster (nothing above 10Mbps) but the connection still drops regulalry.

 

What's going on?

Are you still seeing this slowness issue? If yes, may I know the version of Freedome installed on your devices?

 

Does this happen only on Wi-Fi or also on different networks?

I'm running version 1.20.3671.0 on my Macbook (macOS Sierra 10.12.6) and version 2.7.2.5505 on my iPhone (iOS 11.0.3).

 

I mainly use it on wifi on my Mac but it still runs slow on all networks (incl 4G) on all devices.

 

If I repeatedly turn it off and on I can sometimes get an acceptable speed (~8Mbps) but nothing like the full capacity of my wifi.
