Issue:
How to change my login password from within the My F-Secure account?
Resolution:
You can change the password by following these steps:
- Click this link: My F-Secure to login to your account.
- Move your mouse towards your name on the top-right
- Click Account settings
- Click on the blue F-Secure account settings button
- Click Change Password
- Enter your current password and new password. Note: Click Show password if you want to make sure the new password is correct
- Click Save
- Your password has been changed successfully.
Note: If you are unable to log in to your My F-Secure account, you can click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page and enter your email address. You will receive an email from which you can change your password.
