I did not receive confirmation email after creating F-Secure SAFE, TOTAL, ID Protection or FREEDOME account
Often the confirmation emails to your F-Secure SAFE, TOTAL, ID Protection or FREEDOME account might go to another folder in your email account. You may also verify, if you registered with a correct email address.
Try the following:
If above failed, reset password and try again.
- Login to My F-secure account
- At the "Confirm your account. If you did not receive confirmation, try again", click Try again
- Go to your email account
- Check all folders (especially inbox, junk and spam folders)
- Confirm the account by following that emails instructions
