How can I check my F-Secure Internet Security/SAFE/TOTAL subscription or expiry details?
Resolution:
For F-Secure SAFE, there are two ways to check your expiry date or subscription details:
First way: You may check the expiry date by going into you My F-Secure account.
- Login to my.f-secure.com
- Once login you may see the expiry date stated as "Your subscription is valid until" top right hand of the page.
- If you are on Automatic renewal, you would not have the option but you can go to Subscription tab on the top left of the page and check under Billing details "Next billing date"
- If you feel that the expiry date is not correct you may contact our F-Secure Support .
Second way: You may check the expiry date from the local F-Secure user interface.
- Right-click F-Secure icon
- Open Settings and then go to the Support page
- Look for Subscription information
- You will be able to see your subscription or expiry details
For F-Secure Internet Security, you may check the expiry date by checking it from the F-Secure Internet Security program itself:
- Open the F-Secure Internet Security program which is installed on your computer
- Look for the expiry date in the top-right corner
- So that will be the notification on the validity or when will be your expiry date.
- If you feel that the expiry date is not correct you may contact our F-Secure Support .
