Issue:
Unable to add more users in My F-Secure. I get a message saying "Group is full. Cannot add another user."
Resolution:
The maximum number of sub-users a main account can have is 8 sub-users. If you would like to add a new user, you need to remove one sub-user (consider removing the inactive sub-user) in order to add the other one.
