Error "You have already used this code the maximum number of times" when trying to activate an F-Secure Internet Security, TOTAL, ID-Protection or Freedome VPN subscription code in My F-Secure Portal - F-Secure Community
<main> <article class="userContent"> <h3 data-version="9" data-article="000003723" data-id="issue">Issue:</h3> <p>Error "You have already used this code the maximum number of times" when trying to activate an F-Secure Internet Security, TOTAL, ID-Protection or Freedome VPN subscription code in My F-Secure Portal. What causes this error and what can be done?</p> <h3 data-id="resolution">Resolution:</h3> <p>Retail F-Secure Internet Security, TOTAL, ID-Protection or Freedome VPN codes can only be used once. It will activate the license number and subscription time on the My F-Secure account that it was used for the first time. <br><br>You can install these apps on other devices using the log in to your original account the code was activated. <br><br>If you're not sure what account the code was used on, you can contact <a rel="nofollow" href="https://www.f-secure.com/en/home/support/contact">F-Secure support</a> and we can check this for you. </p> <p>Article no: 000003723</p> </article> </main>
