It could have been that you computer might be hacked by someone. Or your security settings on your computer is not optimum.
Be sure that your wifi router firmware is up to date. By going to your router settings and update the latest firmware. And turn on the firewall in your router. Or that there is a possibility that your wifi router have been hacked.

And use your android phone or tablet and install the Router Check program to test your Wifi.
Or your use Avast Wifi Security to check on your android handphone or tablet.
Secondly make sure your firewall settings in your windows operating system is turned on. And check for any abnormal activities in your computer. Be sure to turn off remote assistant and remote desktop to your computer. Do a full scan on your computer with your current antivirus software. (Use Hitman Pro,Malwarebytes and F-Secure,Bitdefender antivirus as a second opinon scan to check to double confirmed whether your computer is compromise)
Look for any extension being install on your web browser. And do check the task manager or process manager for any hidden program that are still running on your computer.
Do a Windows Updates at all times on your computer.
Or your network in your ISP is having problems. Check with your ISP for any problems at their end.

You can choose between 2.4GHz (longer reach) or 5GHz (faster speed) frequencies. We have had similar case before and received positive feedback from affected customers.
By changing the WiFi channel to something else should solve the issue.
Now WiFi Channel, and not 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz network channels are visible and you can change those.
If this does not help, please do soft reset on F-Secure SENSE, and if necessary, a factory reset.

Did you mean that your experience was about upgrade from only one solution (for example, F-Secure Freedome) to F-Secure TOTAL package. And there was intention to merge your 'current' Freedome subscription time with TOTAL's Freedome time?

Perhaps, you should to use your "activation code" instead of use email/password to login.
Since it is a bit unclear what is your platform (Windows, Android, iOS, Mac) - there are some Knowledgebase articles with potentially useful information:
instructions for different platforms, but pattern is relatively one. Need to find place where to Enter code and then to Redeem code.
while email/password is needed if your experience is about F-Secure TOTAL subscription (where "Freedome" is included to its package).

If you made the renewal from our website, like you have been doing in the past 2 years, you will be given a code that can be used on all your devices.
Renewal from Apple Store or Google Play Store will only work on any iPhone or iPad and Android devices respectively provided you login with the same Apple/Google ID used in make the purchase but that subscription from App Store for instance will not work on other devices such as Mac, Android and Windows.
