Issue:
I am due to renew F-Secure FREEDOME VPN subscription, how can I cancel the F-Secure FREEDOME VPN subscription?
Resolution:
If you have a My F-Secure account, you can log in to your account and check whether the subscription is set on auto-renewal.
- Log in to My F-Secure.
- On the top of the screen you will see when your subscription is set to expire. It will also mention if it will be renewed automatically.
No action is needed if you have activated your subscription with a subscription code.
If the subscription is bought from the Google Play store (Android) or App Store (Apple), you need to check from the app store whether it's auto-renewal or not.
