Issue:
- When turning F-Secure FREEDOME connection protection ON, Kaspersky End-Point Security software shows error notification: "The certificate chain is not complete."
- Clicking "Allow" from the Kaspersky pop-up notification and then trying to turn FREEDOME causes error: "whoops something went wrong"
Resolution:
This issue is caused by the Kaspersky SSL Interception feature called "Scan encrypted connection". Turn off this feature with the help of a Kaspersky End-point security help guide.
