Traffic depleting too fast

Hi My mobile and Pc are using freedome in the same wifi environmental.mobile works hard but my pc cannot working properly.the freedome cannot connect to internet while connection succeed.the traffic data depleting to fast achieved 100MB/s!I consume 1GB traffic less than a minutes!None website open successfully.I have reinstall it but the issue persist. How can I fix it?
