I bough a subscription extension and entered the subscription code into the application on my computer. Today the subscription ended on my android phone. I thought they where linked.
Long story short, I need to get ther subsription code sent to me again. The email I used for the purchase should be the same as is registered with this forum account.
Based on your issue description, I would suggest to get in touch with our support team here in order to sort the subscription issue. We need to know what is the subscription used in the Android and the computer and it is better to check with support to resolve it.
