Reinstalling Freedome

After a year of successful operation, now when I press 'Protection ON' I get a message "Fatal error - data required to run Freedome is missing or corrupted.  Please reinstall the software."  I have created an error report as requested.  How do I reinstall it to re-establish the service?

Then you can download Freedome to your computer from our homepage:

 

https://www.f-secure.com/en/web/home_global/downloads

 

and active it by inputting your license key in to it from Subscription-tab.

Many thanks for your response.  I followed your instructions and went to the website to download Freedome.  It went through a reinstall, did NOT ask me for a product code, and regrettably it does not seem to have solved the problem as the same message comes up when I try and turn Freedome ON.

 

I would welcome further advice.
