Not possible to activate subscription on iPhone

The Freedome-app for iPhone is useless. It is not possible to activate a purchased subscription on iPhone. I also haven't get any successful help from the "support". I have reinstalled teh app, at least 6-7 times, no difference.. Im giving up Smiley Sad
I have recieved other activation codes from support, but it isnt even an option ther to write the codes in!?
