How to renew and upgrade licence ?
Hello,
I currently have a license for 3 devices, with an expiration date at 6th february 2017.
I would like to :
- renew license for one year for 5 devices.
- be able to use 5 devices in my current subscription.
Is it possible to upgrade today my current license from 3 to 5 device (without paying for a whole year, as my license expires in less than a month), and in the same time renew it for the next year ?
Or am I have to wait until february ?

Hi eric1,
It is not possible to upgrade your current license to 5 devices from 3 devices as the current license is only for 3 devices. Your current license cannot be changed to a different license size within the given time period. However, you can always renew your license to 5 devices when your current subscription expires.
