Finding Freedome activation key

Hello,

I currently have a 3-device sub to Freedome which was active on 3 devices until yesterday, my iPad became faulty so I erased the device and purchased a new tablet (Android this time) for some reason it looks like I've deleted the e mail that contained the key for my subscription so I can't activate Freedome on my new device.

Is there any other way to find my activation code?
