Can't change AppStorelicens to 3-devicelicense

Hallo
My cleverbridge refnrXXXXXXX
In febr I purchased F-secure 12 month for 3 devices. Before this I had purchased one license on my IPhone. This was registred on AppStore. I have stopped the renewal.
Now this has went out. And I shall register my 3 device licence.
I have got the message that I have reached 3 devices. I reset my multiple purchases.
Now I must register my licence on my Iphone, IPad and my Windows PC.
Can you help me to solv this?
