Sorry for my reply.
But maybe because iPad (iOS?) with missing such feature.
There available Help/Documentation, which you also able to re-check:
At least, it can be with meanings that F-Secure still provide protection against harmful websites at browsing; And will add some other security features.
If not - and there should be scanning option (as it expected with Mac) - sorry and will be good if someone (with good experience about iOS and F-Secure software) give proper advice or explanation.
