    If the problem even after you waited a while, you might want to contact our support so that we can check the status of the key on our end.

     

    PS: I moved your post to a more appropriate board, as your product is Internet Security.

    i cannot get support, i log in to my safe says i have licences then click download, installs then can not verify key please try again later
