Over charging for subscription

I have raised this with both cleverbridge and Virgin who have both stated that this is an F-Secure issue.

 

The virgin site clearly states

 

"Included at no extra cost for 12 months, then £25 a year, no upfront cost."

 

However cleverbridge has charged £44 for the renewal.  

 

When I log into F-Secure it is showing the Virgin media logo so it is a linked account.

 

Please can someone explain this difference.

Any account/subscription issues need to be checked by our support as this can't be handled in the Community directly. Please get in touch with our Support team via phone/chat in order to troubleshoot this further.
