Upon installing F-Secure SAFE. Outlook completely freezes, the only way to rectify this is to uninstall SAFE.
I've tried support, raised multipe tickets etc but 5 days later no-one can help me. I can't find anyone to talk to, and no one seems to be interested in providing me a refund for a product which is completely unusable.
Are there any other channels of communication to F-Secure available?
Sorry to hear,I managed today to get contact in ten minutes by phone(Finland),the queue-length(number of customers waiting) should be made available,in order to evaluate queuing time...
Even when I got through 48 hours ago, my issue is not actioned in any way. I have no channel to request a refund so I guess my only chance is to report it to my credit card company as payment being made for items which have not been delivered.
You'd better had a trial period of F-Secure Safe installed.Your outlook environment may be so complex it has difficulties in running Safe.The cleverbridge company takes care of the F-Secure product payment credit card transactions,take your receipt(payment number) and contact https://support.cleverbridge.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=18434 and ask for refund if possible...
