My F-Secure will not update
I am only an F-Secure user (their home solutions).
Just as tries to troubleshoot situation:
-> what is your platform (Windows? Mac? Android?);
-> does there are any output information or visible prompt after try to update? Such as "network trouble" or "no updates are found" or something else?
-> what is "not update" - does it about databases or F-Secure upgrade to another build? Or something else like "subscription time" or so?
