F-Secure IS update error

Hello,

I've just installed the F-Secure IS 2012. Now I can not download the update database since it reported that "Cannot connect to server".

Any help is appreciated.

  Hi,
  
  try downloading and installing the daily definition package at http://download.f-secure.com/latest/fsdbupdate9.exe . Execute the file on your system where you installed IS 2012 . Then use the system until the next day and check if updates still cannot be reached.
