Issue:
Why is my Wi-fi connection slow, or drops?
Resolution:
Try to change the Wi-Fi channel to something else.
- Open SENSE Router app from you management device
- Select More on the top right corner
- Open Settings
- Select Network
- Press the pencil icon on the right upper corner, and now you are able to change the settings
Now Wi-Fi Channel, and both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz network channels are visible and you can change between those.
If this does not help, please try soft reset on F-Secure SENSE and if necessary, try a factory reset.
