Issue:
My F-Secure account says that the F-Secure SENSE router is still "on it's way" despite being ordered some time ago. Why?
Resolution:
If the router has arrived already, please make sure that you have installed the correct app:
- F-Secure SENSE Router for the physical router
- F-Secure SENSE for the SDK version, a 3rd-party router with SENSE technique
If it takes several weeks for the information to be updated in your account, or you have not received your router, please contact F-Secure support.
